Terms of Service
What Car Hero does
Car Hero coordinates vehicle service: a tow provider picks up your vehicle, a service facility inspects it and prepares an estimate, repairs you approve are carried out, and the vehicle is returned to you.
Bookings are currently available in Macomb County and Wayne County, Michigan. Our planned service area is nationwide across the United States; any service is subject to confirmed availability for your location.
Who can book and your vehicle
You must be at least 18 years old to book service.
By requesting service you confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to arrange its pickup, inspection and repair.
Estimates and repair authorization
After inspection you receive an estimate listing each recommended repair and its price. No repair work begins unless you explicitly approve it. You can approve or decline each repair. Your approval applies to the specific estimate you reviewed.

Your booking's terms
Your booking keeps the pricing and cancellation terms you accepted when it was made. A later pricing change does not change an earlier booking's terms.

Support is available 24/7 by email and phone. Support hours are not pickup or repair hours; pickup and repair timing depends on availability.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
