How the service works
1. We pick up your car
A transport partner collects the vehicle and records its condition with photos.
2. Inspection and estimate
A partner facility inspects the car. You see the findings and the estimate, and you decide what work, if any, is approved.
3. Repair coordination
Car Hero coordinates the approved work and keeps you updated on each stage of the case.
4. We bring it back
When the work is finished and checked, the car is returned to you.
